Monthly Moon Call – November Surrender Sagittarius & Hecate

Dear Sisters

Welcome to the playful, yet focussed forward sign of Sagittarius – plus the seasonal energies of meeting the Crone.

I share with you, in the following meditation and practice, the gifts of our crossroads time too where we lean into the teachings of Goddess Hecate, the dark mother.

For this, you will need

1. A comfortable space
2. Something to cleanse and clear your space
3. Representation of each of the elements (for more detailed guidance on ceremony crafting and ritual, join our E Learning Short Course(or work with Nic 1:1 ), specifically working with Air (add Earth, Fire Water Ether)
4. Journal & writing instrument
5. Yoga Mat as we will gently move the body
6. Essential Oil + carrier oil (for the season – I am using Rose Otto for awakening emotions to rise)
7. 3 pieces of string and a candle/fire element
8. Purple representation (amethyst, purple candles)

Ground in and find your breathe, and your body and welcome to the teachings of a journey to the self, surrender and let what needs to fall away, do so.
