Feel nourished, centred and restored in the comfort of home with an afternoon or morning, depending on your time zone, of Yin Yoga and guided Yoga Nidra meditation
At this time when the world needs more Yoga, this mini retreat offers you the opportunity to let go of demands, breathe deeply, calm a busy mind and relieve chronic tension.
This is an all access, no experience required, immersion.
What To Expect
Nourishing Yin Yoga. Long, slow deep holds and postures which offer you the time and space to soften and release deeply, especially in tight areas such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine and the glutes.
By holding the poses in stillness, Yin Yoga can free up constricted circulation and energy flow in the body leaving you with an overwhelming sense of ease, calm and deep relaxation. Especially if you feel tight, wound up, anxious or just need to de-stress.
Relaxing Yoga Nidra
Experience the restorative and deeply healing benefits of Yoga Nidra. Translated from Sanskrit, Yoga Nidra means “yoga sleep”. This ancient guided meditation practice involves simple visualization techniques to navigate between consciousness and awake. Most people experience improved sleep quality and a greater sense of peace of mind when practising Yoga Nidra, especially beneficial for those suffering insomnia or feeling tired, warn out, or in overwhelm.

What you need to bring
I love to light candles and incense. You may like to set you space as you wish and also ensure you manage your “YOU TIME ME TIME” boundaries with family, friends and loved ones. When the mat is out and the candle is on, it is YinYouTime!
