So this Virtual Gathering of worldwide sisters from both hemispheres will collectively unite in Yoga, movement, breathe and powerful ceremony. We will all benefit from the the uplifting heat of the summer skies and the northern energy of our winter softness. Yin and Yang. Dark and Light. A perfect fusion.

What To Expect
You are a woman craving your time, in a small and honest and open gathering, set in your home space and my virtual studio, live from Panama. You will experience 4 separate daily sessions on this mini retreat & immersion, delivered via Zoom…..
- 3 x 1 hour + Yoga classes both Yin and Yang in essence – Yang to build stamina and heat and to support you to shift forward and detox after the festive days of Christmas, plus energetically clear your mind & body, and Yin to create space, nourish, breathe and soften. This fusion style of yoga is beautifully balancing for the body and the nervous system
- 1 x 1 hour + wisdom discussion on connection to the energy of manifestation and release – where I will personally guide you in ceremony to establish your 2021 intentions
- Journalling & meditation to prepare for our sacred offering
