So that you are prepared and anchored, and so that I can frame and support your journey in a way that is nourishing and full-filling for you, these prompts will also help you to navigate this work with grace, curiosity and full body awareness.

As you navigate these tools and resources it is vital that you establish a baseline, an anchor for this work, whether that be rekindling your existing knowledge, or learning something new, centering into your WHY is fundamental to you realising your desires for this work, whether this be in the context of work/ life or both.

It is fundamental to soul feminine work that we curate and craft space for reflection. Yet, reflection is nothing without action, so you will be encouraged to return to these intentions following this immersion.

Pre Discovery and Journalling Activity

Our virtual studio offers on demand streaming via our Nest Community, self paced learning courses, live classes and workshops for women in feminine yoga, meditation, and herbalism and feminine spirituality.

Sundara provides spiritual growth and feminine alchemy mentoring in signature 1:1 programs for women and Yoga teachers designed to elevate your purpose, keep you aligned and divinely in flow with your feminine nature.

For Women to find joy in their bodies and minds. through discovering the gifts of yoga, plants and ritual.

In person workshops and private support is available as Nic lives in harmony with nature near Cygnet, Huon Valley, Tasmania.
