Yes all premium membership plans automatically renew on the renewal date. If you do not wish your membership to renew please turn off your membership auto-renewal before this date.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan by going to The Nest > My Account > My Subscriptions
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, click Upgrade or Downgrade button next to your subscription.
This will take you to the shop to change your plan, and proceed through checkout.
Your membership will be prorated when you upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Membership payments are accept payment by credit card through Stripe. Payment must be completed via the checkout on this site for the membership to be started. Please do not send us money directly as this will not work.
You can cancel your membership to The Nest at any time by cancelling your current subscription. You can view your subscription by going to The Nest > My Account > My Subscriptions.
Click Cancel Membership next to your active subscription to cancel your membership.
Cancellations are effective from the next renewal date.
If you want to trial The Nest community then we recommend you purchase a 3 month trial (our shortest plan). You can access all the member content, yoga videos and attend the moon calls for the duration of your membership. If you don’t like it, cancel before the end of the period and pay no more.
We don’t refund for change of mind, so please don’t choose a longer plan.
You can update an expired credit card at any time in our system under The Nest > My Account.
Follow these steps:
- Go to The Nest > My Account > Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Add Your New Card Number
- Enter the card Expiry Date
- Enter the CVV number
- Check “Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions.â€Â
- Press the “Add Payment Method†button
This will add your credit card for use when your community membership is due.
Sometimes a mistake can be made during registration. You can always alter your display name on the site. To do this, follow these steps:
While you cannot change the name you used to register for the site, you can change the way it is displayed to other website users. Follow these steps to change your Display Name on the site.
- Login to the website first
- Visit The Nest > My Account > Edit Account
- In the Display Name field, type how you want your name to be seen.
- Click Save Changes
You can become a member of the Sundara Community The Nest by signing up for a plan. You can find our plans on this page of our website.
When logged in
If you are logged in successfully, you can change your password by following these steps in order:
- Visit The Nest > My Account > Edit Account
- Type your existing website password first
- Next, enter your new password
- Then, confirm your new password once again to confirm it.
- Click Save Changes
When logged out
Sometimes it’s necessary to change your password because you’ve forgotten it. You can reset your password on the login page of the website by following these steps.
- Click Login in the top right-hand corner of the website
- On the login page, click Lost your Password?
- Enter your username or registered email address
- Click Get New Password
- Check your email inbox for your new password
- Login using your username and new password
Saving your password in your Web browser’s saved password list can prevent you from logging in. If you find that you’re consistently needing to reset your password (without success) then a stored old browser password could be the problem.
To regain access, you must first remove the password from your browser’s saved password list, using the instructions below.
Firefox for Windows
- Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
- Switch to the Security tab.
- Click on Saved Logins….
To eliminate all existing saved passwords, click  Remove all. To eliminate specific saved passwords, locate the site within the Site column and click on it once to highlight it in blue.
Then click the Remove button below. You can also remove all saved passwords by clicking the Remove All button.
If you wish, deselect the option to Remember logins for sites. This will prevent passwords from being saved in the future. In older versions of Firefox, this option is in the Privacy tab instead of Security.
Firefox for Mac OS X
- In the menu bar, open the Firefox menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Switch to the Security tab.
- Click on Saved Passwords.
