Module 1 – Remembering Archetypes of the feminine, seasons and elements

The Evolution: Planting seeds and preparing your soil
Module 2: The Lunar Moon, Energies and Menstruation
- Reclaim your cycling (menstruation) story, and learn how to integrate practices to support your natural lifecycle of life and decay, regardless of if you are a bleeding woman, or not.
- Understand how you can align more intimately with natures rhythm by setting intentions, or releasing as it aligns to the cycles - your internal tide being your menstruation, and the external rhythm being the seasons and the moon phases
- Learn the basics of getting to know your "bits", tracking, hormonal nutrition and self care as it relates to your menstruation and or moon phases
Module 3: Yoni Reclamation, your Sacred Gateway
- Reclaim your relationship with the cervix as the creative and powerful life force, within you to awaken pleasure and to support healing
- Learn 4 powerful reclamation practices to support your Yoni and Self Care routine, including Pelvic Floor Mapping, Self Massage in a safe and nourishing way to strengthen the pelvic floor using wands, eggs and menstruation cups, connect to the power of the throat and cervix chakra's, and a delicious introduction to Yoni Steaming
Module 4: Plant & Earth Medicines for Feminine Healing
- Redefine your relationship with the plant kingdom through learning how to integrate these medicines into your life, from the perspective of supporting your unique feminine/female/ vitality and hormonal system.
- Learn about Plant medicines (herbs) for feminine vitality, especially how to integrate them into supporting your cycle, learn about crystals and earth allies, learn about crafting with essential oils & incense and receive delicious recipes for your home care
- Craft your own folk remedies in the form of Tinctures, specifically formulated from the perspective of what I know has worked for me
Module 5: A feminine approach to Yoga: Philosophy and Practice
- If you are new to "yoga" learn the philosophy from a feminine archetype perspective, or if a seasoned practitioner, unlearn what you think you know. Learn the basics of Yoga philosophy as it relates to the tradition of Tantra Yoga, and the concept of Womb Yoga
- Learn about Shakti Archetype energy, and the mother goddess, Pavarti, including mantra/invocation and HER-story
The Release and stepping into growth
Module 6 – Growth, Crafting Ceremony and Ritual Practice for self care
- Learn to reframe ritual and ceremony as a means of supporting you to grow and learn which is a form of spiritual maintenance, self care and honouring yourself as a cyclic, intentional being
